Yes. Sealing helps prevent winter salt damage & makes the surface easier to clean. Sealer should be redone yearly or bi-yearly depending on traffic.
This is not a good idea in my opinion. The uneven surface can trap moisture & it’s difficult to maintain in winter. High traffic areas of driveways shouldn’t be stamped.
No. Even safety salt type products caution against use on concrete less than a year old. The best defense is to keep the concrete clean & shoveled.
